• Flat Travel Radius:

  • Travel within a 0–15 mile radius: $35.00 flat fee

  • Travel within a 16–30 mile radius: $45.00 flat fee 

  • Travel greater than 30 mile radius can be determined upon intake consultation

• After-Hours & Special Location Fees:

  After-Hours/Weekends (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM): +$10 surcharge.

  Late-Night/Holidays (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): +$30.00 surcharge.

  Hospitals / Nursing Homes / Jails: +$30.00-$50.00 (price range accounts for parking, security check-ins, and wait times).
